Where We Store Data: Your data is stored securely using Firebase (Google Cloud) servers located in the United States.
Encryption: All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
Access Controls: Only authorized personnel can access backend systems.
Photos: Progress photos are stored in your private account and are not accessible to other users unless you explicitly share them.

While we implement industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

Access and Portability

You can view your challenge data, workout history, and progress photos within the app at any time.

Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data:

Open 75 Hard
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion

This action is irreversible. All your data, including progress photos and challenge history, will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Manage Notifications

You can enable or disable push notifications in your device's Settings app.

Opt Out of Analytics

You can limit analytics collection by:

Denying the App Tracking Transparency prompt
Enabling "Limit Ad Tracking" in your device settings

7. Children's Privacy

75 Hard is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the email below.

8. International Users

If you are accessing 75 Hard from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States where our servers are located. By using the app, you consent to this transfer.
